Your guests notice everything.

The greeting at the door. The water glass. The way the server speaks about the menu. How the wine is presented. Whether anyone says goodbye.

Most guests will not complain. They will say “everything was fine,” pay the check, and quietly decide whether they want to come back.

Service is what your team does. Hospitality is how the guest feels while it happens. And the ability to create that feeling can be taught.

How It Works

1 · The Guest Visit

I visit your restaurant as an ordinary guest. I call ahead, walk in, order, observe, pay, and leave — just like any customer. Your team does not know who I am. This gives me the most honest view of the guest experience: the greeting, the table, the timing, the service language, the presentation of food and drinks, the atmosphere, and the goodbye. The workshop is then built around your restaurant — not a generic script.

2 · The Workshop

A two-hour, on-site training for your front-of-house team. We focus on the moments that shape the guest experience: the first ten seconds, the first approach at the table, menu confidence, food and drink presentation, wine service, meal pacing, reading the table, team awareness, and the final goodbye. Your team practices real service moments out loud, so they leave with language, confidence, and clear standards they can use immediately.

3 · The Follow-Through

After the workshop, management receives my written observations and practical recommendations. You also receive simple tools to keep the standards alive: service reminders, team principles, and language your staff can use during every shift. Ongoing training is available for restaurants that want to go deeper.

Why It Matters

Guests may come for the food. They return for how they were made to feel. When service is warm, polished, and consistent, guests stay longer, order with more trust, tip with more appreciation, write better reviews, and come back asking for their server by name. Your kitchen gives guests a reason to visit. Your dining room gives them a reason to return.

Irina came to my restaurant London Lennie’s to elevate my team level. This went above my expectations. Some of my staff have been servers for 30+ years and they learned new methods that they didn’t know. The afternoon after Irina training I already saw the difference on how staff was interacting with customers. Thank you Elegance Academy see you very soon for deeper training.

Who This Is For

Independent, family-owned, and upscale casual restaurants with food they are proud of. This is for teams that do not need criticism. They need structure. Language. Confidence. Standards. It is especially valuable when your food is strong, but the service experience needs more polish and consistency.

From Good to Unforgettable™

Unforgettable restaurants are built in the details.

The greeting. The glass. The way a dish is introduced. The rhythm of the meal. The goodbye. Those details become the feeling. And the feeling is what brings people back.
